1. Service Overview

Compliance Mait provides a License, Certificate, and Registration (LCR) matching service that enables hiring firms to:

• Create and manage LCR templates for required compliance documents
• Connect with Service Specialists and Prime Contractors
• Automatically match submitted certificates against template requirements
• Maintain a library of verified compliance documents

2. User Responsibilities

As a Hiring Firm, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating LCR templates
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Ensure that connection requests are sent only to legitimate contractors and specialists
• Review and verify all matched certificates for accuracy and compliance
• Notify Compliance Mait immediately of any suspected security breaches

3. Data Privacy & Security

We are committed to protecting your data:

• All data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS/SSL protocols
• Access to certificates is restricted based on established connections
• Personal information is processed in accordance with applicable privacy laws
• You retain ownership of all templates and data you create
• Disconnected connections maintain historical records but restrict future access

4. LCR Matching & Scoring

Automated Matching:

• Template Score and Wallet Score are provided as guidance only
• Scores are calculated based on image similarity and data accuracy algorithms
• Final verification and acceptance of certificates remain your responsibility
• Compliance Mait does not guarantee the legal validity of any certificate
• You should independently verify critical compliance requirements

5. Connections & Access Control

Managing Connections:

• Connection requests must be accepted by both parties before data sharing occurs
• Either party may disconnect at any time, which restricts future data access
• Historical records are maintained for audit purposes even after disconnection
• Deleted connections remove data from active views while preserving audit trails
• You are responsible for managing your active connections appropriately

6. Template Library & Intellectual Property

Your Templates:

• Templates you create belong to your hiring firm exclusively
• Templates are not shared with other hiring firms without explicit permission
• You may delete templates at any time, which removes them from active use
• Certificates matched to templates remain in the library for historical tracking

7. Service Availability & Support

Service Level:

• We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime
• Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible
• Technical support is available through the Help & Support page
• Critical security updates may be deployed with minimal notice

8. Limitation of Liability

Important Disclaimers:

• Compliance Mait provides tools to assist with compliance management
• The service does not replace professional legal or compliance advice
• We are not liable for decisions made based on automated matching scores
• You remain solely responsible for ensuring workplace compliance with all applicable laws
• Maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the preceding 12 months

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
